Kit-Cat.com accepts orders that are processed online using
a credit card. We currently accept Visa & MasterCard although
we may accept other cards in the future.
We also accept payments by direct deposit, bank check or money

Purchases |

For all purchases, payment must be made at the time of
purchase with one of the following cards: Visa or MasterCard.
By using a credit card for your purchase, you assert and
represent that you are the authorized cardholder of the card,
bound by the terms and conditions of the card issuer, with full
authority to create a binding contract for the sale.

| For California residents only California State and local
sales taxes will be charged on purchases of taxable merchandise.
At present we do not collect any other taxes. |

Customs
|

We mark all packages as to what the item is and list the
approximate replacement cost of the items on the customs
documentation. All customs and import duties are applied when
your shipment reaches the destination, and, as we have no
control over these charges and no way to estimate what they will
be, these charges are your responsibility. Please contact your
local customs office for details on how charges are applied in
your locale.

so you can be assured we've received your order. You will
receive your order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your

I didn't receive an order confirmation. What do I do?
If you have not received your order confirmation within 2 days
of your order, please e-mail us at
order@kit-cat.com . We will make every effort to respond
within 1 business day regarding the status of your order.

| Changing
or canceling an order: |

Our goal is to provide the fastest possible service to
our customers, and we try to ship orders out as quickly as
possible. This makes it extremely difficult to cancel or make
changes to orders.
There is a good possibility that by the time you email a change
or cancellation, your package could already be on its way to
you! If you would like to make a change or cancel your order,
please contact us as soon as possible at
order@kit-cat.com We will do everything possible to
accommodate your needs.

| Why
was my order, backordered? |

Why was my order backordered and when will it get
here?
Our product availability policy is designed so that when we say
an item is in stock, we mean it. In a few cases, however, we may
take your order and find out that our inventory is not what we
thought it was (i.e., an item was damaged or defective). In this
case, we will notify you via e-mail that it is on backorder and
do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible at no
additional charge. If you would like us to cancel the item,
e-mail us. We will take care of it immediately.

can I check the status of my order? |

How can I check the status of my order or track my
package?
If you would like to check on the status of your order or track
your package(s) please email us at
order@kit-cat.com with details of your purchase (please
forward the email confirmation that we sent you at the time of
your purchase).
We will send you the details of when your order was shipped and
its current status. If your shipment has not arrived within the
specified time, please contact us and we will initiate a check
on the status of your order with our courier company.

| Returns
Policy |
|
|
We believe in the quality of our products and we will
settle for nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction!
Within 30 days of receipt of your purchase, you may return your
purchase for a full refund (we'll even refund the shipping cost
if the return is a result of our error) or exchange. The items
must be in new condition with the tags still attached.
Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery and are
in an unsellable condition will be charged a re-stocking fee at
our discretion.
Refunds:
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have
received and processed the returned item. You can expect a
refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase
within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return
is a result of our error.
Exchanges:
When sending your return back to us, include a note detailing
the product you would like to receive in place of the item you
are returning. We will refund any outstanding monies (if the new
item is cheaper than the exchanged item), and please send enough
to cover any differences if the new item is more expensive.

Include a copy of your invoice and a note detailing the
reason for the return, with the items you are returning, wrap
the package securely, and ship the package to the address
indicated below. We recommend you use a trackable postal method.
